MANUFACTURER WARRANTY COVERAGE

Eligible products include manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms, duration, exclusions, and claim decisions vary by product and manufacturer.

WPPO pizza ovens include a limited manufacturer warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. The stated warranty period is one year from the date the oven is shipped.

WHAT MAY BE COVERED

Qualifying warranty coverage may apply to manufacturing or material defects affecting the oven body, floor, ventilation, finishes, stand, door, internal dome welding, and included accessories.

IMPORTANT EXCLUSIONS

Manufacturer warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused by improper installation, operation, maintenance, misuse, improper fuel, over-firing, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, weather events, or damage caused by circumstances outside the manufacturer’s control.

Normal wear may include minor floor-tile cracking from ordinary expansion, surface scratches, and exterior finish changes from normal use or smoke exposure.

HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT

Contact CALDORAS with:

• Your order number
• Product model number
• Original invoice or proof of purchase
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photos or video of the concern
• Details about when and how the issue occurred

We will review your request and help direct you through the appropriate manufacturer support process.
